Camping with friends

Sorry that the pictures are in reverse order. Putting the tent in the new place.
Men and kids moving the Archers tent to a place closer to everyone elses.

Notice how much the kids are helping. They loved it and wanted to keep on walking!

More Pictures of the moving of Archers tent.

Saturday morning - Maya, Tabitha and Taylor. It was a cold and windy night and the girls loved huddling in blankets and by the fire!

This past weekend we went camping with 4 other families. Had lots of fun, ate a ton of food and fished to Bryant's heart content. Max loved "helping" the fire on Saturday morning, We could not have one on Friday night since it was too windy.

Glow in the dark necklaces and bracelets for all! They were a hit and the kids loved them too.

Robinsons and Jameisons setting to the cooking place while Bryant in the background organized a game of bocce ball with the kids!

Maya, Merrie B, Audrey, Tabitha and Max all playing bocce.

Taylor, Pyper, Madi and Brooklyn all hanging out in the Robinsons pop up camper!

We had a great time camping and fishing. The kids played and played and played. They got even dirtier but had a great time. As adults we we enjoyed being outside, spending time together and basically having no schedule. We can't wait to do it again but hope that it is a lot less windy!

The Girls turn

After Max and Bryant had so much fun fishing on May 7th, Bryant took the girls for their turn on May 14th.
Madi was very brave this time and loved catching the fish. She was able to do most of it herself.

Each of the girls with one of the 45 fish that they caught!

Madi caught the big one of the day! She was so happy and excited! Bryant loves the fact that she enjoys going fishing!

After a hard morning of fishing, the girls ended up eating a yummy lunch with Bryant!

Father and Son Campout

Sorry these pictures are in reverse order Bryant and Max enjoying a well earned lunch in Payson after their morning of fishing.
Bryant's big one - and it didn't get away!!

One of Max's 12 fish that he caught.

This was Bryant's proudest catch of the day. Just Kidding. Bryant and Max along with the Halls went fishing before Father and Sons campout on Friday May 7th. They went to a stream and catch over 80 fish total. Bryant caught well over 24 fish and had a great time. Finally some good fishing in Arizona!!

My 2 most favorite guys in the whole wide world. They were waiting for the Halls to come so that they could go to Father's and Sons Campout. Last year Bryant had to work and could not go - Max has been looking forward to doing this with Bryant for a very long time! They had so much fun and can't wait for next year!!!

On Saturday April 10th, We went to Castles and Coaster a local amusement park. Each year Bryant's work rents out the place and we get to go. We rode the bumper boats a ton, went on the bumper cars and had lots of fun together as a family! Lots of Family fun in April! We also went on the log ride - Bryant and Maya went on the rollar coaster and all played mini golf!

On Saturday April 3rd, We went over to the Wolfley's house to have an Easter Egg hunt. The Rostenberg's and Tammy and Emily joined us. We had lots of fun. There were egg races, tug of wars and of course the hunting for the eggs. Everyone got a lot of candy and had a great time! Thanks Wolfley's for making it so much fun!!

LA Ragnar

All of the girls - Nancy , Karen, Me, Kindy, Kris, Kim and Tara
Sisters - Karen, Me, Kindy, Kris and Kim - all but Koni - she lives in VA - too far to come.
A year ago - my sister Kris decided that it would be great if our family ran the LA Ragnar in April of 2010. I had just finished running Pat's Run and thought it would be a great idea.
I started training for it in November running between 4 and 5 days a week until April.
It was soo much fun and so tiring.
I was in the Man Van. It was all guys and me. Chris Scott - brother in law, Rob and Jon Jamieson - practically family, 2 Zobell boys and Owen our driver. We were the first legs running through Ventura, Oxnard and other parts of So Cal.
We then got a rest for a few hours and ran into the night. My second leg started off in a dark and scary park and Chris ran with me for about 2 1/2 miles so that I would be safe - he ended up running over 22 miles in a 24 hours period. After Rob ended running through Beverly Hills and Chris down to the Santa Monica Pier - we got a quick bite to eat and took a nap before we had to get ready to run our last legs.
My last leg was through Long Beach industrial area with lots of barking dogs behind fences and 3 HUGE overpasses but I did it. I ran all 3 legs quicker than I would and had a great time.
We went and got cleaned up and then waited for the rest of the team at Dana Point at the beach. Beautiful beach and loved the ocean right there! It was so much fun to do something so crazy.
I loved running and getting ready for it. Thanks to the team for making it so much fun for me!!
The Man Van - at the end!!!!
I can't wait to do something like this again! In fact, I have now signed up to run a 1/2 marathon in November. I loved the feeling that I got when I finished running and hope to keep running for a long time.
